Yes. Our team will call or WhatsApp you on the number you provided to confirm your order and address before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number is correct and active, otherwise we may not be able to send your order.

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives at your doorstep. There is no advance payment and no card required.

Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 342 9339114 as soon as possible and we will update or cancel it for you. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled.

Yes. Delivery is free on all orders across Pakistan. There is no minimum order amount and no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

Most orders arrive within 3-5 working days. Major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi are usually quicker, while smaller towns and remote areas may take a little longer. Your estimated delivery date is shown on each product page.

We deliver nationwide, covering Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir. If you are unsure whether we reach your area, send us your city on WhatsApp and we will confirm.

Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking number with you on WhatsApp or SMS. You can also message us at any time with your order number or phone number and we will update you on its status.

The rider will usually call you before arriving. If you miss the delivery, the courier will normally try again. If you know you will be away, let us know on WhatsApp and someone else at the address can receive and pay for the parcel on your behalf.

Not at the moment. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

You can return any unused, unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, in its original packaging. For full details, please read our Refund and Returns Policy.

Send us photos or a short video of the item and packaging on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

As all orders are paid in cash, refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, whichever suits you. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and check the returned item.
